You may choose Shift Yoga Therapy if:

Every life experience is recorded in the code of our bodies. This “cellular memory” holds our habits, our patterns, to our benefit or detriment. Often these patterns sink unnoticed below the surface. They may serve us well, lending direction and shape to our daily lives. But when they don't, they may show up as physical pain or discomfort, stress and tension, distraction and inattention, or the repetition of the same thing while expecting different results. We're operating on automatic. The default mode isn't working so well now. It's time for a reboot.
